Change and Adoption

For close to 9 years now, I've made a practice of regularly assessing my goals, both personal and business.

Content, content, content - Yes, it’s still king and should still be at the top of the marketing or digital strategy agenda.

It’s time for a change in the way we execute our strategic plans.

Digital transformation is about strategy and people. Technology is the vehicle.

Technology is a wonderful catalyst for change - it shows us what can be different, the possibilities - but it must be a steward and not the master.

Leaders of today must now collaborate (inside and outside the organization), innovate and iterate (often), create and co-create (with competitors, vendors and customers).
