Who We Are

In 2018, a small group of us came together in response to a common problem we were seeing in the companies we worked with.

The technology and tools were available, the ambition was there, but too often, the results never materialized.

Adoption failed.
Teams were overwhelmed.
Innovation stalled.

Not because of bad decisions, but because of limited capacity and the wrong kind of support.

This isn’t a small problem. In Canada, most modernization efforts fall short, and nearly half of businesses underuse the software they’ve already invested in.

Why We Exist

Differly was built to close that gap, starting with a simple idea: bring together experienced operators with hard-to-find skills who can work across the organization, meeting businesses exactly where they are.
We designed the company as a platform for mutual growth, bringing together senior experts across technology, strategy, innovation, and change who seek meaningful work.

Our Point of View on AI

As generative AI reshapes how insight is created and decisions are made, we’re continually exploring how to use it responsibly to help our clients move faster, reduce risk, and focus their time and energy where it matters most.
But we’re clear-eyed about what AI can and can’t do.
AI can accelerate analysis, synthesize information, and surface patterns
It cannot replace lived experience, organizational judgment, or the ability to navigate culture, readiness, and resistance.

How We Work

We don’t operate as outside advisors handing over decks. We work as a multidisciplinary extension of your team, bringing senior operators who have led change from the inside.

Focused project-based engagements
Ongoing advisory support
Fractional leadership roles (CIO, CMO, transformation leads)
Hands-on execution and program oversight
We stay close enough to ensure momentum doesn’t fade.

Our Team

Our team is made up of senior leaders with experience across:
Strategy and growth
Technology planning and execution
Customer and member experience
Innovation and experimentation
Change leadership and program execution
