The Challenge

Canada Green Building Council (CAGBC) was aiming to use digitization to unlock growth and strengthen member and client experiences, but the organization was operating in silos with fragmented workflows, inconsistent data practices, and limited interoperability between platforms. This created reporting challenges, decision-making difficulties, and uncertainty about which systems to modernize and in what order, making it difficult to turn technology investment into sustained business value.
