The Challenge

Canadian Wood Council set out to modernize its technology ecosystem to better support growth, improve interoperability between platforms, and strengthen the end-to-end customer journey. The organization needed a clear, business-led blueprint that could translate strategic priorities into defined requirements, a scalable future-state architecture, and a sequenced roadmap that would enable confident vendor selection and near-term execution.

What We Did

Developed solution architecture options, shortlisted platforms, drafted RFQs, and delivered a sequenced digital transformation roadmap
