The Challenge

Cornerstone Association of Realtors needed a clear path forward to resolve challenges with an MMS implementation. While the initial focus was on improving the stability of the technology rollout, the deeper opportunity was to understand the barriers to success that were rooted not only in the platform configuration but in the process, people, and change management conditions supporting it.

Created practical, plain-language workflows and checklists that gave leadership and teams a shared view of the work required to move forward.

The engagement identified technology configuration, workflow readiness and change management opportunities critical to adoption success.
