The Challenge

McMillan Vantage wanted to move beyond increasingly complex, manually maintained spreadsheets and establish a scalable, people-centered approach to business development tracking, forecasting, and reporting. Leadership needed centralized data, consistent SOPs, and a CRM-enabled operating rhythm that would support growth while improving visibility into pipeline activity and the quality of management reporting.

What We Did

We partnered with McMillan Vantage to plan and guide the rollout of Nutshell CRM, aligning people, process, data, and reporting so the platform could be adopted confidently and used consistently.
Led project planning and stakeholder alignment, including roles, governance, and a communication plan to support change adoption.
Provided guided technical oversight for CRM configuration, data mapping, migration validation, and pilot execution to ensure high-quality, usable data.
Designed and enabled standardized BD workflows and SOPs, then trained users through pilot and broader rollout to embed consistent day-to-day usage.
Established core in-CRM pipeline reporting and set the foundation for stronger forecasting and operational reporting capabilities.

The Outcome

McMillan Vantage established a more disciplined, data-driven business development system, with stronger adoption and clear visibility into what is happening across the pipeline.

Adoption: Post-training feedback was consistently positive, with users reporting the CRM as a practical enhancement to their day-to-day work.

Capability: The organization matured and aligned its approach to business development, enabling a more sophisticated and consistent way of working together.

Efficiency: Data is now available in a structured way to support significantly improved reporting capabilities.
