We know that 70% of change efforts, particularly those related to technology implementations, fail to achieve their intended outcomes.

Regardless of industry, sector or size, all organizations undergo various degrees of change.  

The goal is always the same: to drive desired outcomes and results. Even with the best plans, intent and process, without the people, the desired results will not be fully realized.  

After this workshop you will have:

Clarity as a group about the benefits of adopting a continual change process and its impact on results.
A firm understanding of the building blocks for successfully navigating change as a leadership team within your organization.
The ability to recognize, anticipate, prevent and respond to barriers within your organization.
The tools and tactics to prepare for, manage and sustain change, in a consistent and sustained way.
