Change Strategy Expert Ilana Gregory discusses readiness and resiliency in the face of constant change.

All successful organizational shifts, digital or otherwise, need leaders who support the change and actively and visibly participate in it. But most importantly, be clear on WHY you are changing and WHAT is changing. Without that clarity, we are missing the foundational blocks for success.

Remember you can't do this alone. Delivering the perfect technology or process isn't enough, we really need people to adopt them. You need a coalition of support or a "volunteer army" helping people to overcome the barriers that are preventing them from adopting and implementing the change. Empowering and engaging your team is the key to change.
